This means that any photographs taken may be used for personal or self-promotional use, but they cannot be reproduced or sold for a profit. The images cannot be used for any commercial purpose without MarcFromTheDark Media's expressed written consent. Commercial use can be negotiated to reflect a fair market value for the use of our work. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this. |

| Our photography services are provided on-location, in your own home, or a studio if needed. We do not offer our own studio at this time. |

| We're available any day unless already booked between 10am-10pm. TFP is done after noon. If these times don't suit your needs, please contact us so we can make necessary arrangements. |

| How my process works |
| 1. Photographer and client meet at designated locale. 2. The shoot is completed. 3. 24-48 hours later, client receives digital proofsheet electronically. Client lets me know which photos they'll be wanting to keep. 4. Depending on workload time-wise, client soon receives link to password protected area to purchase prints and digital copies via online shopping cart. 5. Happy customer! |
| What to bring with you to the shoot? |
| Models: You're welcome to bring what ever you like, if you feel it will enhance your portfolio. We have a bin of clothing and accessories that you're welcome to browse through. Depending on the type of photo shoot you choose to do, please bring props and outfits that match accordingly. Stick to items that enhance your sensual aura. If it is a portfolio type shoot, or head shot, bring items that will increase the sexiness of your face. Stick all on items such as rhinestones are welcome. Glitter is a favorable product as well. Please make sure your items props and clothing are color matching. For the background if you have an item such as a bedspread, rug, whatever else you can think of, please bring it with you. You are you, and no one knows you better than yourself! If you're shooting for an agency or another professional person or company, please discuss this beforehand with your agent. |
| Makeup and Hair Stylists |
| MUA's and Hair Stylists are typically contracted through us or by you personally. If you'd like for us to hire a contract MUA or Hair Stylist for you, please let us know a few days before your scheduled shoot. Their prices vary, and are not included in our packages. Please have your MUA/Hairstylist contact us. 310-880-5477. |
| Photography Studios |
| MFTDM does not necessarily need the use of a photography studio, as most of our work is done on location. If you do require a studio, we can arrange a contracted studio rental for the shoot. The model or representation will be responsible for covering the cost of the chosen studio. |
| Who may attend a shoot? |
| PERSONAL SHOOTS (Non-Union Model, Amateur): The model, the photographer, no one else please. *Due to the graphic nature and privacy of my work: escorts, friends, drivers, etc. are not allowed. Due to past circumstances, neither female nor male escorts are allowed. You may be dropped off and picked up by an escort, but the escort will not be allowed in or at the studio location. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. PORTFOLIO SHOOTS (Union Model, Agency Represented Model): The model, their agent, make-up artist, hair stylist, the photographer, the photographer's aide, escorts, friends, and media. No one else please. |
